The Executive Vice President for IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions will lead and oversee all business development, sales, marketing and operations across IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions properties. This key role will be the leader of the Ticket Solutions senior leadership team and have a concentrated focus on increasing business earnings.

     

    This role can be based in Dallas, TX; New York, New York; Winston Salem, NC; Irvine, CA; Atlanta, GA

     

    Responsibilities

    • Oversight and responsibility for operational management and strategy
    • Develop business strategy to create value at all properties
    • Provide leadership to the management team on best practices, business development, increased sales, and partner relationship management
    • Drive aggressive solicitation of new ticket sales business partners and other business development efforts within ticket sales
    • Responsible for growing the profitability of the business and efficient expense management
    • Extensive travel to support and maintain existing partners and on occasion to prospective partners
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in business or sports-related curriculum, or equivalent work experience
    • Extensive background required in ticket sales management, either at the professional or collegiate sports level
    • Experience managing day-to-day relationships with college or professional administration with respect to building a successful sales partnership required
    • Experience in a Sports Management, Media or Sales/Sponsorship culture is preferred
    • Experience in business development activities required
    • Proven ability to take a strong leadership role in building business cases that display ROI and market potential
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams that are not within the direct management line. Able to tell a compelling story and sell concepts.
    • Strong financial acumen
    • Demonstrated strong sales/presentation skills
