    IMG College Licensing is focused on licensing administration, brand protection, trademark infringement, etc.


    Responsible for overall university account management services for clients in assigned region:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders on each campus
    • Develop business plans (goals/objectives) for each client and track deliverables
    • Prepare and deliver oral presentations on various licensing topics to universities
    • Ensure timely and efficient communication on initiatives with all internal and external stakeholders
    • Travel to university markets to foster relationships, enhance communication, identify opportunities, minimize issues, and carry out other essential corporate functions
    • Research and analyze universities’ licensee base to determine brand growth opportunities
    • Work closely with Marketing department on the development and execution of retail promotions
    • Engage with Legal department to address various enforcement/infringement issues
    • Participate in the negotiation of agency agreements with assigned clients
    • Prepare written quarterly/annual reports highlighting the performance of the client licensing programs
    • Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor


    • Four year college degree or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum two years’ experience in marketing, trademark licensing, consulting, data analytics or related field 
    • Up to 50% travel, nights/weekends may be required
    • Account management and customer service experience required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate experience presenting to groups of up to 10 people including senior leadership
    • Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Data Analysis experience preferred
