    • Preparing daily cash journal, including copying checks and preparing Excel spreadsheet
    • Preparation of daily deposits
    • Review and processing of Online royalty reports
    • Review and processing of manual royalty reports, including transaction data entry in royalty operations system (LMS)
    • Daily communication via telephone and email with licensees
    • Analysis of business systems issues when arises
    • Respond to licensee questions regarding on line reporting system
    • Processing and follow up of invoices to licensees
    • Respond to licensee questions regarding invoices and prepaid balances
    • Provide information to all IMGCL employees regarding licensees as it pertains to Royalty Operations
    • Maintenance of unearned lists
    • Other administrative duties, as needed


    • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
    • 1 year of accounting experience required
    • Computer proficiency: Word and Excel
    • Exceptional customer service background
    • Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills
    • Willingness to work overtime, as needed
