    The Digital Analytics and Accounting Manager will support IMG College and its university partners by overseeing the day-to-day analytics and accounting of IMG College’s network of websites and mobile applications. The individual must be digitally passionate and have experience in analytics and a basic understanding of accounting.

    This position will be a member of the Digital and Social team. The team’s primary focus is assisting IMG College’s local and national sales teams generate digital and social media revenue. In addition, the team manages a variety of operational tasks in support of university partner websites and mobile applications.

    Responsibilities

    • Track and analyze traffic data for IMG College’s network of websites and mobile apps
    • Deliver weekly display ad impression reports
    • Assist with inventory management through internal CRM (KORE)
    • Make recommendations to improve website/mobile app revenue generation performance
    • Lead accounting liaison for IMG College’s Digital and Social team
    • Oversee monthly revenue allocations for IMG’s various digital and social initiatives
    • Develop monthly vendor revenue share reports
    • Assist with quarterly analytics summaries and financial reporting
    • Process payments and invoices to/from University partners, bookstores, digital/social vendors, etc.
    • Oversight of IMG College’s traffic assignments (i.e., comScore)
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Excellent skill level with Excel and PowerPoint, generating reports and creating presentations
    • Minimum of at least 3 years’ experience working in a management role and 2 years’ experience working in digital analytics
    • Sound technical knowledge in digital products and the website and mobile space
    • Experience in working with digital measurement tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
    • High level of analytical and creative problem solving, questioning and feedback skills
    • Must be customer service oriented and have commitment to quality
    • Ability to explain technical material to a non-technical audience
    • Candidate should be driven, solutions focused, organized, have the ability to work independently and have excellent interpersonal communications and relationship building skills
    • Knowledge of and familiarity with college sports and sports terminology in general
