    IMG College Licensing is focused on licensing administration, brand protection, trademark infringement, etc.


    • Assist in online enforcement for colleges and universities, including reviewing product listings, submitting takedown requests to online marketplaces, and follow ups
    • Assist in litigation-related enforcement matters, including enforcing settlement agreements
    • Provide support for game day counterfeit enforcement
    • Participate in legal department meetings, enforcement team meetings, and cross-functional team meetings
    • Draft bi-weekly legal newsletter
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Must be enrolled in an accredited law school
    • Completed at least one trademark/IP survey law class and/or prior trademark-related experience preferred
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel Word, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must provide own housing
    • Must provide own transportation to/from work

    **Start immediately. 16-week, paid program at 15-20 hours/week. Flexible hours**
