    Responsibilities

    • Support of SVP, National Sales as directed
      • Manage calendar, answer phone for SVP, National Sales
      • Complete T&E reports, book travel, other admin duties as assigned for multiple sales & marketing executives
      • Special Projects as assigned i.e.:
        • Analysis of National sales revenue contribution by property
        • Projecting National book of sales YOY
        • Forecasting against National sales budget
        • Support in budget & goal setting for National Sales team
          • National / Local account shift process – with Sales Ops
        • Understanding of Comp plan
        • Tracking of revenue by region against individual budgets
    • National Sales Tracking & Forecasting
      • Manage & Update the following sales documents:
        • National Sales Pipeline & Tracker
        • National Sales Meeting Calendar
        • National Sales Path to Goal
      • Gatekeeper from a sales tracking perspective – ensure quality / validity of pipeline
      • Communicator / Facilitator between regions on prospects, accounts etc.
      • Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure they are up to date on National Sales revenue tracking and deal process – assist them as needed related National Sales
      • Support Regional Business Manager (Keith S.) as needed on Financial and Operating expense related tasks & questions
      • Owning / Managing of National Sales Call
    • Sales Research Support
      • Sales Prospecting
        • Company Backgrounders as requested by Marketing Solutions
        • Basic sales research as requested by National sellers
          • Contact emails, checking of KORE deal sheets/assets, etc.
        • Actively monitor trades for companies / industries who may qualify as strong sales prospects
    • CRM Management
      • Keep KORE updated with all advanced National Sales pitches / proposals
      • Enter all National Sales contracts into KORE CRM system
        • Involves interfacing with both Marketing Solutions & Sales Ops on term sheets & pricing grid accuracy
      • Owning and updating of National Sales Category & Account Management
        • Work with National sellers & Sales Ops to update quarterly
        • National / Local communication facilitation
          • Monitor KORE Alerts on any and all Held / Targeted companies or categories
        • Manage/facilitate inquiries from local sales org related to National accounts
    • Sales Team Support
      • Participate in weekly Marketing Solutions update calls with each Sales Region
        • Monitor sales updates and provide support where / when needed
      • Schedule weekly or bi-weekly update calls with each sales region as requested to support sales efforts, tracking, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

    • Minimum 1 year of experience assisting an executive

    • High proficiency in research required

    • Internet/Technology savvy required

    • High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

    • Ability to work with all levels of management

    • Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills required

    • Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy

    • Detail-oriented and proactive

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills

    • Strong written and oral communication skills

    • Professional demeanor
