    The Digital Audio Manager serves as the primary point of contact in executing all broadcast elements for our national digital partnership with TuneIn as well as other specified national programming.


    • Serve as digital audio manager for “College Sports Now” pillar programming of a daily 2-hour show as well as the Saturday “College Football Blitz” and “College Football Rewind” each weekend during football season.
    • Supervision of a combination of full-time and part-time employees dedicated to the execution of their respective programming.
    • Conceptualize and implement strategies, initiatives and programming to grow the College Sports Now content offering --- live and on-demand
    • Oversight of sales fulfillment related to the audio content under their supervision: Creation of broadcast formats; Spot Traffic management; Implementation of reads, features and other sales assets; Creation and distribution of sponsor affidavits
    • Oversight of all broadcast production elements to include: Billboard and creative production; Development and management of Broadcast personnel in the studio and on site; Coordinating and executing in weekly or program-specific production needs
    • Management and coordination of on-demand/podcast content and its development:  Collaborate with audio division staff to create execution plan for podcasts; Assist with publishing and amplification of existing on-demand conten; Spearhead creation of new content for distribution across College Sports Now and other digital platforms
    • Manage IMG Audio and College Sports Now Social Media Content; Oversee staff members that will be implementing Social Media strategy to grow the various IMG Broadcasts’ Brand.
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Extensive experience with Adobe Audition, Pro Tools or similar audio editing software
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • Proficiency in Word and Excel
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in professional broadcast environment
    • Prior Management Experience Preferred.
    • Experience with digital video recording equipment, editing and animation software is preferred.
