    IMG College Licensing is focused on licensing administration, brand protection, trademark infringement, etc.


    • Prepare, send, and oversee the process with potential licensees to ensure that all requirements are received and follow-up through completion (i.e. Contract issued or process discontinued)
    • Review artwork prior to processing to the institutions
    • Review new requests received (New Institution, New Product, New Distribution, New Label, etc.) and provide the Review Committee with any required reports/additional information, etc.
    • Develop and maintain communication surrounding the release of artwork/hologram label orders.
    • Develop and maintain daily communication (via telephone, e-mail, fax, etc.) including responding to requests and questions from licensees and licensing directors.
    • Develop and implement divisional goals, objectives and top projects.
    • Send, follow-up and process preliminary approval/finished sample requests.
    • Send, follow-up and finalize License Agreement and contract addenda.
    • Determine if processes should be continued with licensees and establish timelines.
    • Allocate appropriate funds working with the Accounting division.
    • Attend and participate in divisional and departmental meetings.
    • Attend and participate in trade shows and/or licensee meetings when applicable.
    • Develop a knowledge and understanding of licensees and product categories to be a resource internally (i.e. Staff) and externally (i.e. Institutions, retailers, etc.)
    • Address contract compliance issues with licensees and determine if issues should be submitted to legal to address.
    • Other duties to be assigned


    • Associates degree, or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum two years demonstrated customer service experience preferred
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Experience within retail and/or apparel industry a plus
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Some travel may be required
