Responsibilities

  • Management of team’s effort to provide timely design, creation and development of strategic, conceptul sales presentations for the IMG College sales staff.  Includes:
    • Providing strategic leadership and guidance to set standards for all materials created
    • Developing proposals for large regional sales presentations and attending sales calls, as necessary
    • Performing and developing strategies for research proposals and input
    • Managing work load, providing guidance and coaching of direct reports
    • Communication with General Managers and Regional Vice President regarding development of proposals
    • Monitoring and tracking results of presentations created by team
    • Maintaining an up-to-date status report of all proposals, from receipt to execution, and providing communication mechanism of same to staff
    • Strategic utilization of CRM and other databases to deliver relevant information to the field including sales analysis, sales trackng and sponsor data
  • Work to foster positive employee relations and teamwork by:
    • Following and supporting IMG College policies and procedures;
    • Communicating effectively with all operating units;
    • Complying with all Federal, State, and local regulations, laws, and ordinances in discharging duties;
    • Assisting in the internal training and development programs of IMG College
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in applicable field
  • Minimum 3 years relevant marketing experience in the agency, sports, and sponsorship landscape
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
  • Experience with marketing, branding, and research
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively and proactively
  • Comfortable providing leadership and guidance to direct reports
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Some travel required
