IMG College Licensing is focused on licensing administration, brand protection, trademark infringement, etc.


Please note the salary budget for this role is up to $50K.


  • Manage communication and administrative functions for College Vault, College Colors Day, Saturday Ritual, Holiday Cheer Section, Rock Your Colors, and other marketing initiatives as assigned by supervisor.
  • Work closely with Retail Development to have clear understanding of the college retail landscape, and to use that knowledge to further the growth of "college" at retail through marketing.
  • Develop marketing concepts for local, regional, and national marketing campaigns.
  • Sell marketing campaigns into local, regional, and national retailers.
  • Communicate with institutions, licensees, and retailers about proposed, on-going, and up-going marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute tactical marketing concepts that extend the overriding strategy of individual national marketing campaigns.
  • Work with internal Creative Services and external signage printers to develop various forms of marketing collateral for IMGCL marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with Partner Services to ensure that all IMGCL-owned brands and marketing campaigns are maximized by participating institutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with and create opportunities for apparel and non-apparel licensees tied to IMGCL marketing initiatives.
  • Track progress of marketing campaigns from ideation through execution and post program analysis to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
  • Collect of performance data, images and other assets for use in marketing campaign recaps both for internal and external use.
  • Develop various types of presentations, including those showcasing current, upcoming, or past marketing campaigns using Power Point and other tools.
  • Develop and collect content for IMGCL and IMGCL partner social media outlets and other digital platforms used for promoting the sale of college merchandise.
  • Manage the collection of old logos and other vintage-inspired content for College Vault style guides.
  • Work closely with licensees of College Vault and other IMGCL-owned brands to forecast royalties on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Assist with research efforts tied to new business and marketing opportunities.
  • Develop and update lists connected to IMGCL’s internal brands and marketing platforms.
  • Utilization of IMGCL’s systems to run reports, update information and seek institution approvals on pertinent projects.
  • Assist with amassing research and other data across various consumer demographics.
  • Attuned to all trends related to consumer marketing across all platforms.
  • Execute the Brand Marketing Division's annual goals and objectives as laid out by the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and Senior Vice President of Brand Development.



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred in consumer marketing, sports, sponsorships, or sales.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Strong public speaking skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to provide creativity and inspiration to projects
  • Preferred digital marketing experience, including social media
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
