Responsibilities

The Manager, Business Development will serve an essential function for all Business Development activity across the organization, including:

  • Create proposals for new business and renewal opportunities for all divisions of IMG College
  • Manage RFP processes, including:
    • Main contact with applicable client contact
    • Drive process to ensure company has all information to support the RFP process
    • Review RFP with internal teams and drafting responses to their specific sections
    • Develop overall written response to the RFP
    • Work with Finance to create financial proposal
    • Review final response with executives
    • Submit response on time and follow all instructions within RFP

  • Create and analyze reports as needed based on company data
  • Lead communication of all deal points to applicable departments to ensure they deliver as per the agreement
  • Manage onboarding of all new properties
  • Manage termination of any applicable properties
  • Coordinate meetings to host partners in our office
  • Track and communicate travel/meetings for business development activity of each division within IMG College
  • Track competition and remain aware of all end dates of competitor agreements, manage process of obtaining competitor contracts through FOIA requests
  • Liaise with Communications team applicable company websites remain updated

Qualifications

  • Four years of business development, sales, marketing or related experience. 

  • Impeccable written communication skills
  • Displays a high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage, facilitate and communicate multiple projects
  • Above average proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Experience with financial analysis or budgeting preferred
  • Evening or weekend work may be required
